Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Support Coordination helps NDIS participants understand, implement, and get the most out of their NDIS plan. Our coordinators work closely with you to navigate the NDIS system, connect with the right providers, and ensure your supports are working effectively.
Services include:

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching focuses on supporting participants with mental health, wellbeing, and life skills, helping you recover, grow, and thrive in your daily life. Our coaches provide practical strategies, guidance, and emotional support tailored to your needs.

Helping you get out into your neighbourhood and into your local town or city by going with you from A to B.

Helping you try new things or continue existing activities whilst making friends – from hobbies, recreation, leisure, sports and arts to community programs like gardening or volunteering.
Appointments
Attending appointments & shopping – getting you to and from your medical, school or job appointments.
Life Skills and Capacity Building
We help participants develop the skills needed for greater independence.
These may include:
